Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow and protect existing customer relationships to ensure long-term business success.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to the Head of Regional Sales and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in business development and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of the compliance and electrical industry, with a strong understanding of the key drivers and trends that shape the market.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage customer interactions, sales activity, and performance metrics.

  • A competitive base salary of £37,000, plus a remuneration package that includes a company car or car allowance, phone, laptop, and kit to work effectively from home and on the road.
