Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in representing Suntory, a world-leading FMCG brand. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for setting a clear vision and strategy for the team, managing costs and budgets, and delivering against key targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a sales team of up to 12 Sales Executives calling into grocery multiples (Tesco, Asda, Morrison's, Sainsbury's) representing Suntory and their products.
- Set a clear vision and strategy for the team, covering training, development, retention, and motivation.
- Manage costs and budgets effectively to ensure objectives and targets are achieved.
- Deliver against key targets and KPIs.
- Plan and organise regional meetings and cascading communications to the team.
- Analyse data from multiple sources to identify opportunities and underlying trends.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of managing a sales team, ideally at area level.
- An understanding of retail / FMCG preferred.
- Full UK driving licence.
