Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our organization by acquiring and securing new clients, as well as growing within existing strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively seek new sales opportunities in the BFSI and cross-industry sectors, highlighting MetricStream's GRC solutions as the transformative answer to the customer's needs.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach, demonstrating how MetricStream can elevate the customer's GRC capabilities and provide value.
  • Lead the identification, pursuit, and successful closure of high-value, multi-million-dollar ARR deals with Executives and C-level individuals at large enterprise accounts.
  • Expand existing Executive and C-level relationships and build new ones, utilizing a combination of market insight, relationship-building prowess, solution expertise, and consultative approach, and act as a strategic partner.
  • Effectively manage your pipeline by identifying and focusing on high-potential enterprise clients, while also addressing qualified demand generated by our marketing efforts.
  • Make meeting quotas a regular practice. Approach your work with a drive for success that propels you to consistently surpass expectations.
  • Leverage your exceptional sales skills to navigate complex deals and close with finesse and on time.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in a competitive enterprise software sales environment, with top-tier BFSI and Cross Industry accounts.
  • Selling into the DACH markets to personas of Risk, Compliance, Audit, Cyber, and Third Party is preferred.
  • Fluency in German is highly preferred.
  • GRC domain experience is a plus.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to build and nurture relationships and navigate organizations.
  • A passion for consultative selling, backed by strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Driven by the pursuit of personal and professional success, with a desire to maximize commission earnings.
  • The preference is for candidates with a strong curiosity and rapid learning aptitude.
Compensation:

At MetricStream, annual base pay is one part of our total compensation package and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The annual base pay range for this role is:

Salary Range: £75,000.00 to £113,000.00
