About the Role

As a Retail Floor Supervisor, you will assist the Store Management team in overseeing the store's operations by motivating and guiding your team to achieve the highest standards for our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through the delivery of top-notch service and maintaining store standards.
  • Supporting team management and inspiring colleagues to boost sales and enhance efficiency.
  • Equipping team members with the necessary skills, knowledge, and training.
  • Implementing processes that guarantee compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Demonstrating a solid understanding and ability to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
