We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandising Team Leader to join our team at eXPD8. As a key member of our field marketing team, you will be responsible for supervising and training a team of merchandisers to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the merchandising schedule for merchandisers in your area.
  • Coach and train fellow merchandisers on merchandising principles and best practices.
  • Act as a compliance champion, ensuring that all merchandising activities are conducted in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
  • Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
  • Experience supervising, training, or coaching colleagues is a plus.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car that can be used for business purposes is required.
