Job Title: Floor Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at River Island, Retail. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a team of sales associates to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement
  • Monitor and control store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Manage store budgets and ensure effective use of resources
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company policies
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
