About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Manager to join our team at Arcus Solutions. As In-Store Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning professionals to deliver a high-quality cleaning service to our Sainsbury's store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Plan and coordinate cleaning schedules and rotas to meet business needs
  • Monitor and maintain health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning staff to achieve high performance standards
  • Manage cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring efficient use and maintenance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a team management role, preferably in a retail or cleaning environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols
