We are seeking an experienced In-Store Cleaning Manager to join our team at Arcus Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning services provided to our clients in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality cleaning services are delivered to our clients.
  • Plan and coordinate cleaning schedules, rotas, and work patterns to meet business needs.
  • Monitor and manage health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Manage stock levels, time recording, and employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinaries, and performance management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a team management role, preferably in a retail or cleaning services environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays, to meet business needs.
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols and procedures, with the ability to monitor and manage risks.
