About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team at EG On the Move. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, handling cash, and ensuring our site remains clean and inviting for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager and take charge in their absence
  • Oversee daily store operations, including managing inventory and handling cash
  • Ensure the site remains clean and inviting for customers
  • Manage a team of retail staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of retail strategies to drive sales and customer engagement

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year leadership experience in retail and hospitality
  • Must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this role
