About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Tesco Colleague in our Barnstaple Superstore. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive store performance.
  • Be knowledgeable about our products and services, making recommendations to customers and promoting our offers.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and clean store environment, adhering to health and safety procedures.
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Meet performance targets, including sales, customer service, and operational efficiency.
