In-Store Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced In-Store Cleaning Manager to join our team at Arcus Solutions.
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaning staff and ensuring that our stores are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of our stores, including floors, walls, and equipment.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas to ensure that all areas of the store are cleaned regularly.
- Manage and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
