In-Store Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced In-Store Cleaning Manager to join our team at Arcus FM Limited. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to our Sainsbury's store.
Your primary focus will be on supervising a team of cleaning staff, planning their rotas and work patterns, and ensuring they receive accurate pay. You will also be responsible for monitoring and managing the cleaning schedule, ensuring that all areas of the store are maintained to a high standard.
Responsibilities- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing cleaning team
- Plan and manage cleaning rotas and work patterns to ensure efficient use of resources
- Monitor and manage the cleaning schedule to ensure all areas of the store are maintained to a high standard
- Complete timesheets accurately and ensure cleaning staff receive correct pay
- Investigate and resolve any employee relations matters, such as investigations, disciplinaries, and performance management
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience as a team manager in a fast-paced retail environment
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols
- Ability to plan and manage rotas and work patterns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
