Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of cleaning staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Rota Planning: You will plan and coordinate the work schedules of your team to ensure that all areas of the store are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Timesheet Management: You will be responsible for accurately completing and submitting timesheets for your team, ensuring that they are paid correctly and on time.
- Monitoring and Managing Priorities: You will be responsible for monitoring and managing priorities, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards and that the team is working efficiently.
Requirements:
