Retail Concession Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves travel to various retail locations within your designated area.

A valid driver's license is essential as travel between locations is a requirement. Travel time and mileage will be compensated.


• Maintain, restock, and present the concession area during regular visits.

• Verify all incoming deliveries from the Distribution Center.

• Execute the Planogram according to In-Store Presentation standards.

• Restock merchandise from storage areas to ensure availability on the sales floor.

• Ensure promotional displays and sales align with operational guidelines.

• Manage markdowns in accordance with operational standards.

• Organize surplus stock in designated areas (including storage and stockroom).

• Handle processing of empty cartons, transfers, and damaged goods as necessary.

• Confirm style numbers in the concession system for accurate scanning.

• Actively seek opportunities to enhance sales performance and provide suggestions.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Concession area, ensuring products are not left on the floor.

• Mentor and train team members by demonstrating strong product knowledge.

• Regularly update the Concessions District Sales Manager on concession performance, offering feedback and suggestions for improvement.
