Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional levels of customer service, supported by brilliant product knowledge and a passion for toys.
  • Merchandising: Implement and execute regular promotional changes and deliver excellent merchandising standards on the shop floor.
  • Team Development: Develop and coach your team to deliver fantastic sales and provide a positive and supportive work environment.
  • External Relationships: Build external relationships to market your store and grow sales.
