Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Associate to join our Corporate Division. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business growth across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Analysis: Ensure accuracy of rebates and rebate reconciliations, review customer performance and margin analysis.
  • Financial Planning: Assist in the production of budgets and forecasts, working closely with Senior Finance Business Partners and Finance Business Partners.
  • Financial Reporting: Act as a central point of contact for internal customers, providing financial information and support as required.
  • Ad-hoc Reporting: Support the production of ad-hoc reports and presentations to drive business results.
  • Team Collaboration: Act as an ambassador for finance, promoting cross-functional collaboration and understanding.
  • Stand-in Role: Stand in for other Finance Associates and Finance Business Partners as required.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong academic background and excellent commercial acumen. You will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders and departments across the business. You will also be meticulous in your analysis and able to prioritize and manage different sources of information with a dedicated focus on driving results.
