Finance Associate – Corporate Division

We are currently seeking a results-oriented Finance Associate to become an integral part of our Finance team.

As a vital member of the Finance department, you will play a key role in supporting the business to drive growth across various regions.

Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Business Partner, your primary responsibilities will include providing financial assistance to Corporate Account Managers and collaborating with other members of the Corporate Finance team. Your expertise will be crucial in managing rebates, overseeing month-end processes, and generating customer reports that impact margins.

This position offers a supportive environment for finance professionals aiming to advance their careers. We provide a clear pathway for development up to a Finance Business Partner role, along with a study support package for your accounting qualifications.

This role includes flexible hybrid working arrangements, requiring 1-2 days in the office for team collaboration and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy of rebates and perform rebate reconciliations.
  • Manage the setup, recording, accruals, and settlement processes.
  • Conduct customer performance and margin analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of Budgets and Forecasts alongside Senior Finance Business Partners.
  • Generate Customer Rebate reports and ADV Reports.
  • Raise Purchase Orders as needed.
  • Support the team during the month-end closing process.
  • Act as a primary contact for internal finance-related inquiries.
  • Contribute to the creation of ad-hoc reports and presentations to enhance business outcomes.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and understanding as a finance ambassador.
  • Provide coverage for other Finance Associates and Finance Business Partners when necessary.

About You:

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong academic background and solid commercial insight, currently pursuing or holding CIMA or ACCA qualifications. You will possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization. Your analytical skills will be meticulous, allowing you to prioritize and manage diverse information sources while focusing on delivering results. A strong desire to succeed and take ownership of your responsibilities is essential, along with the initiative to identify discrepancies, ask critical questions, and follow through on inquiries while upholding professional and ethical standards.
