  • Manage the setup, recording, accruals, and settlement processes.
  • Conduct customer performance and margin analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of Budgets and Forecasts alongside Senior Finance Business Partners.

  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and understanding as a finance ambassador.
  • Provide support for other Finance Associates and Finance Business Partners as needed.

About You:

This role is suited for individuals with a strong academic background and excellent commercial insight, preferably those who are currently training or hold CIMA or ACCA qualifications. You will possess outstanding communication and teamwork abilities to effectively engage with various stakeholders and departments. Attention to detail in your analysis and the ability to prioritize and manage diverse information sources are essential, along with a commitment to driving results. A strong desire to succeed and take ownership of your responsibilities, coupled with the initiative to identify discrepancies and follow through on inquiries while upholding professional and ethical standards, is crucial.

What You'll Receive:

  • A competitive salary.
  • A generous holiday allowance, with the option to purchase additional days.
  • A comprehensive pension scheme.
  • Flexible hybrid working arrangements.
  • Significant discounts on a variety of food and award-winning products through our staff shop.
  • Discounts on cinema tickets, shopping, and cashback on purchases.
