About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic finance leader to join our Executive Board as Associate Director of Finance. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective financial management and governance of the IC24 Group.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a group-wide financial strategy, promoting a culture of strong financial management and control.
  • Maintain and improve financial systems and processes to ensure the quality and reliability of financial data.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for the IC24 Group, providing strategic financial information and advice to the Board.
  • Lead the annual financial planning cycle, producing long-term forecasts to inform the strategic direction of the organisation.
  • Manage relationships with financial regulators and auditors, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate the financial structures of group companies and their integration into the parent company.
  • Oversee the operation of Company Secretary and corporate governance functions, as well as the organisation's procurement function.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in financial leadership, with a strong track record of strategic financial planning and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of local and national NHS issues, with the ability to learn about and adapt to changing healthcare policies and regulations.
  • Confidence in presenting financial results and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
