About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving and converting leads into clients, working closely with customers to understand their relocation needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries, converting leads into sales opportunities
  • Liaise with customers to understand their relocation needs, including UK house moves, European shared load moves, and international shipping
  • Take ownership of customer moves, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any queries or issues
  • Record and manage customer data on our in-house systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Organize surveys and record customer inventories to tailor moves to their requirements and budget
  • Liaise with colleagues and contractors to discuss client options and unusual requests
  • Liaise with our Surveyors to confirm all details of any move

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the removals or relocation industry, or a related sector such as estate agency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong telephone manner
  • Strong PC skills and ability to work in a sales-driven environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work a staggered day pattern, including one Saturday in four
