Warranty Claims Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Warranty Claims Specialist to join our team at Textron Specialized Vehicles. As a key member of our customer care department, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing warranty claims in accordance with our warranty policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process warranty claims, consulting with service and engineering departments as necessary;
- Prepare and report key performance indicators (KPIs) through scheduled data extracts;
- Use data analytics to drive business improvements and present evidence-based recommendations to management;
- Manage the warranty returns process, including communications with dealers and suppliers;
- Audit and train dealer partners on warranty processes to minimize the negative impact of vehicle faults on our customers;
- Take on specific projects as requested and perform other duties as required in the daily running of the customer care department.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in a business or finance field;
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarise and communicate results from large amounts of data;
- Ability to analyse and compile necessary data, then present recommendations to management;
- Proficient in Microsoft-based applications and IT literate;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining effective communications regarding status and updates of functions;
- Effective time management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines;
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite is desirable.
