About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate care assistant to join our team at Beacon Park Village, Lichfield. As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support services to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and happiness within their home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care while maintaining independence, respect, and dignity, following each individual care plan.
  • Administer medication following MAR charts.
  • Household duties within Beacon Park Village, adhering to health and safety and COSHH regulations.
  • Ensure all alarm bells are answered in a timely manner.
About You

We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, compassionate, and able to build rapport and relationships quickly. You should be trustworthy, reliable, and able to manage your time well. A flexible approach to working hours is also essential.

What We Need From You:
  • Ability to work between 7:30am and 10:00pm.
  • Desire to provide personal care and support services to residents, respecting their rights and choices.
  • Right to work in the UK with proof (passport, visa).
  • DBS check (initial cost covered by Nexxus Care).
  • Professional references (at least 2 from previous employers).
  • Complete mandatory 3-day classroom-based induction (paid training).
