About The Role

Nexxus Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Reablement Support Worker to join our team. As a Reablement Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting clients to regain their independence and maintain their wellbeing in their own homes.

Working closely with our occupational therapist team, you will identify additional aids and equipment to help clients achieve their goals. The reablement programme is designed to be short-term, typically up to 6 weeks, and is focused on enabling clients to maintain their independence.

About You

We are looking for a candidate who is confident in meeting new people, has excellent communication skills, and is caring, reliable, patient, and observant. As a Support Worker, you will receive a competitive salary of £12 per hour, paid travel time, and a range of benefits including up to 28 days annual leave and enhanced bank holiday rates.

We require our Support Workers to be flexible and able to work alternate weekend shifts. You will also need to have a full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
