About the Role

We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Social Care Support Workers in busy care homes in and around Staffordshire. As a Social Care Support Worker, you will work in partnership with other health professionals and agencies to meet the requirements of our residents, providing support with activities of daily living and promoting their comfort.

Main Responsibilities

  • Promote patient-focused care and assist residents with activities of daily living
  • Deliver support plans and safeguard vulnerable individuals
  • Contribute to outcome-focused reviews and encourage independence, choice, health, and wellbeing
  • Engage in organisational learning and development and provide excellent patient care and support
  • Record care and complete documentation and feedback

Person Specification

We are looking for individuals who have a desire to care and look after residents, with guidance and support provided to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed for the role. Previous personal or professional care experience is desirable but not essential.
