About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Clear Path Care Ltd. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential care home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, risk assessments, and behavior management plans.
  • Provide emotional and physical support to children and young people, promoting their well-being and resilience.
  • Form positive relationships with children, young people, and their families, as well as external agencies.
  • Ensure the home is maintained in a clean and tidy condition, adhering to the cleaning rota system.
  • Meet the emotional and physical needs of children and young people, assisting in the implementation of individual educational programs.
  • Provide support to the House Manager and perform senior duties as directed.
  • Attend and contribute to meetings, such as LAC reviews, EHCPs, and team meetings.
Requirements
  • A desire to improve the lives and provide opportunities for the young people in our care.
  • Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent).
  • Experience in children's residential care.
  • Full UK driving license.
