Senior Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Clear Path Care Ltd. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to our young residents, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring the needs of our young people are met.
- Provide emotional and physical support to our residents, promoting their well-being and resilience.
- Form positive relationships with our young people, their families, and external agencies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean living environment, adhering to our cleaning rota system and encouraging our residents to participate.
- Support the House Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, taking on senior duties as directed.
- Attend and contribute to meetings, such as LAC reviews and EHCPs, ensuring our residents' needs are represented.
- A Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent) and relevant experience in residential care.
- A full UK driving license, as you will be required to transport our residents on occasion.
- A passion for improving the lives of our young people and providing opportunities for their growth and development.
