Job Title: Senior Care

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care professional to join our team at Shenstone Hall Residential Home. As a Senior Care, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our Care Assistants in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Care Assistants in the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
  • Act as a guide and mentor to staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care.
  • Liaise with family and Carers, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns in a confidential manner.
  • Ensure all health and safety aspects are met, including risk assessments and adherence to policies.
  • Monitor the needs of residents and inform the Home Manager of any changes in care requirements.
  • Be aware of and maintain infection control measures, ensuring a safe environment for residents and staff.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as required, staying up-to-date with the latest care practices and policies.
  • Report any accidents or incidents involving staff or residents, ensuring prompt action is taken to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times, respecting the privacy of residents and their families.

Requirements:

  • United Kingdom work authorization.
  • Ability to work part-time, with a focus on day shifts.
