Student Behaviour Assistant - Full Time - Swindon Based

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Student Behaviour Assistant at Academics. The successful candidate will be working alongside a fantastic alternative provision based in Swindon, providing education and support to students who face challenges regarding behaviour and mental health.

About the Role:

The Student Behaviour Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Identifying potential triggers for challenging behaviour
  • Encouraging independence and self-investigation
  • Acting as a role model for students
  • Communicating with teachers, parents, and on-site professionals
  • Ensuring students feel safe and able to express themselves
