Job Title: Behaviour Support Assistant

We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to work as Behaviour Support Assistants in and around the Swindon area. This role involves working closely with students across Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 4, providing support to students with individual learning needs and helping them thrive in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one and group support to students with additional needs, ensuring they receive the necessary support to achieve their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning plans.
  • Assist students with their daily routines, including personal care and mobility.
  • Support students with their emotional and social needs, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with students with additional needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Patience, empathy, and a calm demeanor.
