We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Mentor to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Behaviour Support Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with learning disabilities, including SEMH, ASD, and ADHD, in a classroom setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one support to students who require additional assistance with their learning.
- Work closely with teachers to adapt and tailor learning materials to meet the needs of students with learning disabilities.
- Communicate effectively with staff, colleagues, and parents/carers to ensure seamless support for students.
- Use positive behaviour management techniques to encourage students to demonstrate positive attitudes and behaviours.

- Experience working with students with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and SEN.
