Our client is a well-established leader in the commercial hospitality sector, specializing in strategy, design, and implementation since 2004.
If you possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in computer applications, and a keen eye for detail, you may be the ideal candidate we are looking for.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors
- Managing incoming phone calls
- Directing calls to appropriate personnel
- Maintaining a tidy reception area
- Ordering and managing office supplies
- Organizing and maintaining files
- Updating HR records
- Preparing necessary HR documentation
- Ensuring all staff are informed about e-learning training, first aid, and forklift training
- Overseeing the external cleaning service
- Coordinating maintenance and servicing of company vehicles
Health & Safety Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with external health and safety consultants to ensure compliance
- Updating risk assessments and COSHH documentation
- Maintaining up-to-date health and safety files
- Conducting office and factory inspections to ensure compliance
Experience:
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate relevant experience in administrative roles, particularly in reception and office management. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in this position.
