Our Outpatients Department at Basildon Hospital are looking to recruit a full time Receptionist to join our well-established team in providing a high quality customer focused service to patients and stakeholders.

You will act as the first point of contact to patients and visitors to the department, fielding enquires and providing general administrative support, welcome patients to the outpatient areas. Check information with the patient and ensure all information entered onto computer systems is accurate and up-to-date.
