**About Us**:
Essex Offices is excited to introduce its newest high-specification Business Centre located in the heart of Basildon's busy retail and commercial area. With over 30 meticulously designed suites, versatile meeting rooms, and stylish common areas, this centre aims to redefine the workspace experience by blending business and convenience.
**What we need**:
We are currently looking for 2x experienced Receptionists to join our team and contribute to the success of our new Business Centre. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a professional company image and ensuring an exceptional experience for our tenants and their clients.
**Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Operations**: Act as the face of the centre, managing front desk operations with a focus on professionalism and excellent customer service.
**Communication Skills**: Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, clients, visitors, and colleagues.
**Attention to Detail**: Demonstrate a keen eye for attention to detail in all aspects of the role, i.e. maintaining accurate records, the recording and distributing of information, and other relevant administration tasks.
**Organisational Skills**: Showcase first-class organisational skills.
**Ad Hoc Duties**: Undertake additional duties such as setting up meeting and conference rooms, along with duties necessary to ensure the overall smooth running of the centre.
**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with a small team of operations, finance, and maintenance professionals to establish yourself as a key member.
**Adaptability**: Be adaptable and flexible in your approach to meet the changing needs of our tenants and the business.
**Key Holder**: You will be required to be a key holder - a basic DBC check will be undertaken.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
**Previous Experience**: A proven track record in administration/office roles where interaction with customers has played a key part.
**Customer Interaction**: Demonstrate experience in effectively engaging with customers, providing excellent service, and addressing inquiries in a professional manner.
**Problem Solving**: Possess problem-solving skills when dealing with customer queries or concerns.
