We are currently seeking an innovative and personable individual who is keen on securing a qualification within administration and who is committed to furthering their career within an office-based position.
You will join a reputable organisation based in **BASILDON and must be a resident of BASILDON in order to apply.**
**Full training will be given and you will be responsible for the following;**
- Answering incoming calls and redirecting calls to the relevant department
- Updating in house CRM database with customers details
- Co-ordinating schedules, events and meetings
- AD HOC: General administrative duties such as completing files and documents in full under direction of management
- Photocopying and Filing
- All other general administrative duties
**You must have the following to apply;**
- A positive can do attitude with the willingness and dedication to learn
- A warm and welcoming approach
- Ability to use own initiative and competency of using **MICROSOFT OFFICE PACKAGES**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
