Data Centre Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Data Centre Operations Manager to join our team at CV-Library. As a Data Centre Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of technical engineers across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate a team of technical engineers to ensure the smooth operation of data centre facilities.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to meet and exceed service level agreements.
  3. Provide emergency response and support to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless contract mobilisation, including the implementation of quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in managing technical teams in a data centre or similar environment.
  2. Strong knowledge of electrical and critical systems, including high-voltage (HV) systems.
  3. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
  5. Experience with hands-on and hands-off (SLA's, Health and Safety, QSHE) management.
  6. Current or previous HV ticket and full electrical qualification.
