Job Summary:

CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Pricing and Revenue Optimization Specialist to join their Business Services Group in Portsmouth, Hampshire. As a pivotal member of the central finance function, this role will focus on optimizing revenue streams and ensuring competitive pricing strategies are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Refine Pricing Models: Continuously refine and develop pricing models to adapt to market dynamics and customer preferences, ensuring a data-driven approach to revenue optimization.
  • Pricing Governance and Control: Establish and maintain governance, control, and best practices for pricing activities, ensuring adherence to corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Pricing Performance Monitoring: Set up a pricing control cycle and develop monitoring tools to track pricing performance and compliance, providing actionable insights for business growth.
  • Data Management and Collaboration: Ensure robust data management processes are in place, working closely with internal departments to collect and share relevant pricing data, and collaborate with external suppliers to gather competitor information and leverage market insights for pricing decisions.

Requirements:

  • Financial Modeling and Analysis: Possess demonstrable financial modeling skills, advanced Excel skills, and SQL financial analysis experience, with a strong understanding of data mining, analytics, and forecast techniques.
  • Industry Experience: Previous exposure to working within either a Financial or Professional Services environment would be highly advantageous, with a strong understanding of business operations and market trends.
