We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Construction Cost Analyst to join our dynamic team at ERNEST AND FLORENT LTD.
This is a hybrid opportunity where the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing tenders for premium quality interior fit-outs and renovations.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the Pre-Construction team, engaging in projects valued between £50K and £1.5M, primarily focusing on the transformation of existing structures into modern spaces.
The Construction Cost Analyst must demonstrate proficiency in producing precise tenders, as well as the ability to effectively pitch and present proposals.
Given the high expectations of our clients, a keen attention to detail is essential.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with interior fit-out projects
- Background in the retail or shopfitting sector is advantageous
- Proven track record of managing high-quality projects
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Desire for a permanent role
- Hands-on approach to work
