About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Analyst to join our team at Toyota Financial Services, KINTO, and KINTO. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing revenue streams and ensuring competitive pricing strategies align with our company's overall financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Price Optimization: Ensure alignment with our KINTO One Pricing strategy, continuously refining pricing models to adapt to market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Financial Analysis: Develop and maintain price optimization, including segmentation, in line with the KINTO One Pricing strategy.
  • Governance and Control: Establish and maintain governance, control, and best practices for pricing activities, ensuring adherence to corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Pricing Performance Monitoring: Set up a pricing control cycle and develop monitoring tools to track pricing performance and compliance.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report regularly to the Pricing Committee on pricing initiatives, corporate constraints, and recommended best practices for future pricing strategies.
  • Data Management: Develop and maintain robust data management processes, working closely with internal departments to collect and share relevant pricing data.
  • Market Research: Collaborate with external suppliers to gather competitor information and leverage market insights for pricing decisions.
  • Rate Card Mechanisms: Utilize knowledge of rate card mechanisms to assist with the implementation and further development of pricing strategies, particularly within the new booking system.

Requirements
  • Relevant Qualification: A relevant tertiary qualification applicable to the position.
  • Financial Services Background: Background within financial services, with demonstrable financial modelling skills using MS Office suite and ability to apply complex financial principles.
  • SQL Financial Analytical Experience: SQL financial analytical experience would be useful for the role.
  • Data Mining and Analytics: Experience with data mining, analytics, and forecast techniques.
  • Profit and Loss Drivers: An understanding of profit and loss drivers/measures and accounting treatment.
