About the Role

CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Pricing Analyst to join their central finance function in a pivotal role that involves optimising revenue streams and ensuring competitive pricing strategies are in place.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Refine Pricing Models: Continuously refine and develop pricing models to adapt to market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Establish Governance and Control: Establish and maintain governance, control, and best practices for pricing activities, ensuring adherence to corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Set Up Pricing Control Cycle: Set up a pricing control cycle and develop monitoring tools to track pricing performance and compliance.
  • Ensure Robust Data Management: Ensure robust data management processes are in place working closely with internal departments to collect and share relevant pricing data.
  • Collaborate with External Suppliers: Collaborate with external suppliers to gather competitor information and leverage market insights for pricing decisions.
Requirements
  • Financial Modelling Skills: Applicants for the position will possess a demonstrable financial modelling skills, advanced Excel skills and SQL financial analysis experience.
  • Data Analysis and Forecasting: Experience with data mining, analytics and forecast techniques will be essential.
  • Industry Experience: Previous exposure to working within either a Financial or Professional Services environment would be highly advantageous.
