About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the senior leadership team and ensuring that all HR-related matters are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support to the senior leadership team, including advising on employee-related matters and negotiating terms with recruitment agencies.
  • Develop and manage performance management processes, including conducting interviews and maintaining role descriptions.
  • Implement regular employee engagement surveys and maintain a student training and mentoring program.
  • Liaise with external HR advisors as needed to seek clarification or advice on HR-related matters.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working in an HR role, with experience of supervising or managing a small team.
  • Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
  • Confident using software tools such as Microsoft Office, HR software, and other self-serve websites.
  • Articulate and able to demonstrate good written and oral communication.
  • Experience supporting a senior leadership team with busy and demanding roles.
  • Ability to work well in an office environment and willing to work across both our offices in Dunfermline and Edinburgh.
