TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our global headquarters are in Los Angeles and Singapore, and our offices include New York, London, Dublin, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo.

We're looking for a German-speaking Content Manager to join our TikTok team in London. You'll oversee the content strategy for the German market, working with creators and partners to programme a diverse schedule of content in app.

  1. Develop and implement a content strategy in the German market, focusing on short-form video content.
  2. Produce regular series that showcase the diversity of content on TikTok.
  3. Educate creators and brand partners on best practices for content creation, including monetisation.
  4. Support campaign initiatives in the German market, working closely with the marketing team.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Professional experience in content creation, copywriting, and creative ideation.
  2. Proficiency in asset creation using image/video editing software (CapCut, Photoshop, etc.).
  3. Fluency in German and English.
  4. Proven experience analysing data and trends.

Preferred Requirements:

  1. Minimum 4 years of experience in a content strategist/content producer role in the German market.
  2. Proficiency in any other EU language.
