Employer Brand Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Employer Brand Content Specialist to join our team at Manpower Group (UK). As an Employer Brand Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the Unilever employer brand and creating engaging content to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the global Employer Brand content strategy and planning in collaboration with the Senior Content & Channels Manager.
  • Ensure all Employer Brand content is aligned with Employer Brand objectives and contributes to the overall Unilever corporate communications strategy.
  • Partner with the Employer Brand Paid Media Specialist to co-create the annual paid media strategy and drive awareness and consideration of Unilever as an employer.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of the Unilever business and create compelling stories, content, and campaigns to engage future talent.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Employer Branding, Corporate Communications, or Brand/Digital Marketing.
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to create engaging content for various channels.
  • Experience in Social Media Management, particularly on LinkedIn.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic Canva/editing skills a plus, but not essential.
  • History of working across multiple geographies/cultures a preference, but not required.
