Employer Brand Content Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Employer Brand Content Specialist to join our team at Unilever. As a key member of our Global Employer Brand Marketing & Content team, you will play a crucial role in shaping how we market Unilever as an employer to a global audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Planning: Collaborate with the Senior Content & Channels Manager to develop and execute the global Employer Brand content strategy and planning.
  • Copywriting & Content Creation: Bring the Unilever Employer Value Proposition to life through high-quality storytelling, content, and campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: Manage the Unilever LinkedIn page and other social media channels, creating engaging content and campaigns to drive awareness and consideration of Unilever as an employer.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and manage a network of internal stakeholders to develop understanding of the wider business and fuel the EB content calendar.
Requirements:
  • Copywriting Experience: Proven skills in copywriting and content creation.
  • Employer Branding Experience: Experience in Employer Branding, Corporate Communications, or Brand/Digital Marketing.
  • Social Media Management: Strong social media management skills, with a focus on LinkedIn.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
