About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Employer Brand Content Specialist to join our team at Unilever. As a key member of our Global Employer Brand Marketing & Content team, you will play a crucial role in shaping how we market Unilever as an employer to a global audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Planning: Work closely with the Senior Content & Channels Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive global Employer Brand content strategy and planning.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality content that brings the Unilever Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to life, including copywriting, social media content, and campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and optimize the Unilever LinkedIn page and other social media channels, including content creation, community management, and campaign execution.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of the wider business and fuel the EB content calendar.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in Employer Branding, Corporate Communications, or Brand/Digital Marketing.
  • Skills: Strong copywriting skills, social media management, and content creation expertise.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
