Job Title: Employer Brand Content Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Employer Brand Content Specialist to join our team at Manpower UK - RISE. As an Employer Brand Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the Unilever employee experience through creative storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the global Employer Brand content strategy and planning in collaboration with the Senior Content & Channels Manager.
  • Ensure all Employer Brand content is aligned with Employer Brand objectives and contributes to the overall Unilever framework.
  • Partner with the Employer Brand Paid Media Specialist to co-create the annual paid media strategy.
  • Understand and integrate wider Unilever frameworks and strategies, such as the ED&I agenda and corporate comms objectives, into the Global EB calendar.
Key Skills:
  • Proven copywriting skills and experience in Employer Branding, Corporate Communications, or Brand/Digital Marketing.
  • Strong social media management skills, with a focus on LinkedIn.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to work across multiple geographies and cultures.
  • Basic Canva/editing skills and a proactive attitude, with a willingness to get stuck in and execute tasks.
  • Agility, flexibility, and strategic thinking, with the ability to see the big picture and contribute to long-term goals.
  • Positivity, passion, creativity, and a love for great content and storytelling.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £46,500 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.
  • A full-time temporary role for 6 months, requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • A mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.
