Job Title: Employer Brand Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Employer Brand Content Specialist to join our team at Unilever. As a key member of our Global Employer Brand Marketing & Content team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the employer brand of Unilever and driving awareness and consideration among key demographics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Planning: Work closely with the Senior Content & Channels Manager to build, optimize, and execute the global Employer Brand content strategy and planning.
  • Copywriting & Content Creation: Maintain and guard the tone of voice, look, and feel of Unilever's content across all channels, and bring the Unilever Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to life through quality storytelling, content, and campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: Manage the Unilever LinkedIn page and other social media channels, develop and execute social media pilots, and optimize content and copy to drive learnings and performance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and manage a network of internal stakeholders to develop understanding of the wider business to fuel the EB content calendar, and partner with internal teams to collaborate and advise on how the EB agenda and EVP can be included within their campaigns and activities.
Requirements:
  • Understanding and demonstrable skills in copywriting.
  • Experience in Employer Branding, Corporate Communications, or Brand/Digital Marketing.
  • Social Media Management experience, with a preference for LinkedIn experience.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Basic Canva/editing skills a plus, but not essential.
  • History of working across multiple geographies/cultures a preference, but not required.
  • Proactive attitude, willing to get stuck in and execute wherever possible.
  • Agility, able to cope with change and adapt and prioritize.
  • Flexibility, able to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinking, able to see the big picture and how each activity contributes to the long term.

  • Creativity, a love for great content and storytelling.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary, up to £46,500 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.
  • A full-time temporary role for 6 months, requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • A mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.
