Employer Brand Content Specialist

We are seeking a talented Employer Brand Content Specialist to join our team at Manpower Group (UK). As a key member of our Global Employer Brand Marketing & Content team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the Unilever employer brand and creating engaging content to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Planning: Collaborate with the Senior Content & Channels Manager to develop and execute the global Employer Brand content strategy and planning.
  • Copywriting & Content Creation: Bring the Unilever Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to life through compelling storytelling, content, and campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: Manage the Unilever LinkedIn page and other social media channels, creating engaging content and campaigns to drive awareness and consideration of Unilever as an employer.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and manage a network of internal stakeholders to develop understanding of the wider business and fuel the EB content calendar.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Employer Branding, Corporate Communications, or Brand/Digital Marketing.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Experience in social media management, particularly on LinkedIn.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Basic Canva/editing skills a plus.
