Role Overview:
This position is responsible for spearheading, influencing, and nurturing pivotal connections with organizations that counsel senior executives in targeted accounts across key sectors such as Insurance, Retail, Utilities, Travel & Transportation, and Banking & Capital Markets within the UKI/Europe region.
The primary objective is to meet new business sales goals for Advisor-led initiatives in the Insurance, Emerging, and Analytics Business Units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulating business development strategies for relevant advisory firms to achieve sales and revenue objectives for the Insurance, Emerging, and Analytics Business Units in the UKI/Europe.
- Collaborating closely with Business Unit leaders during the account development planning process to optimize growth potential from the Advisor channel.
- Acquiring a comprehensive understanding of capabilities in Data, Analytics, Digital Operations, and Solutions, and partnering with subject matter experts to inform Advisors about unique offerings.
- Fostering senior-level relationships in the market, consistently identifying new opportunities, and ensuring the organization remains top-of-mind as Advisors guide their clients on digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensuring participation in all significant addressable opportunities.
- Supporting the Business Unit throughout the deal pursuit, leveraging relationships to provide critical information to the pursuit team to secure opportunities.
- Collaborating with the Global Advisory leader to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach.
- Partnering with local and global marketing teams to bolster the Advisor channel.
- Regularly reporting on pipeline and revenue generated from Advisor-led opportunities and successes.
- Monitoring customer, market, and competitor activities to inform go-to-market strategies.
- Contributing insights and ideas for new product/service development and potential growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in a sales or commercial role within a complex solution or consultative B2B selling environment.
- A profound understanding of all phases of the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral.
- A well-established network of warm relationships within the UKI/Europe Advisor market, particularly in the UK.

- Strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to represent the organization effectively before C-level clients and prospects.

- Experience in BPO Sourcing, Advisory, or related organizations.
- A strong reputation within the region.
- Ability to engage at a senior level with both internal and external stakeholders.
