About the Role

Fugro is seeking a highly skilled Tendering Project Manager to support the sales function of our Marine Geophysical Service Line in Europe and Africa. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering profitable project opportunities and implementing commercial strategies to secure contracts for projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for clients, securing and building relationships across our business portfolio of European and African projects.
  • Deliver proposals on time and to a high standard of quality, providing solutions that meet client needs.
  • Manage all aspects of developing proposals and responses to client requests, including the proposal management team and Proposal Approval Process.
  • Negotiate, accept, schedule, and plan for contract awards.
  • Support Project and Business Performance Reviews internally and with clients to facilitate client satisfaction, repeat business, and future business improvement.
  • Perform peer review of proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional and intellectual capabilities.
  • Experience on projects encompassing geophysical, geotechnical, or environmental survey work, either in a technical or management role, typically for 3–8 years.
