About the Role

Fugro is seeking a highly skilled Tendering Project Manager to join our team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our sales function, you will play a crucial role in delivering profitable project opportunities for our Marine Geophysical Service Line within the Europe and Africa Marine Site Characteristic Business Line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales function in delivering profitable project opportunities
  • Implement commercial strategy and develop proposals to meet client needs
  • Negotiate and manage contracts to secure project awards
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement business acquisition strategies to secure contracts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 3-8 years of experience in a technical or management role, preferably in offshore geophysical, geotechnical, or environmental survey work
  • Strong commercial and technical knowledge, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
